Apparently, some guys are not okay with leaving the games behind for marriage. Especially not when you can… uh, marry the game instead?

This Sunday November 22, an otaku in Japan who clearly misinterpreted the phrase "love game," will be holding a reception for the marriage between himself and Nene Anegasaki, a character in Konami's "Love Plus" dating sim for the Nintendo DS. The marriage ceremony itself occurred recently at a church in Guam.

Ladies, take note. This man is not afraid to take it to the "next level." rimshot I'm a little afraid to ask for honeymoon pictures, though.

Just in time for Halloween I guess. This USB based controller can be used for either PS3 or the PS2 and currently listed at $25. The pretty neat thing about this controller is the skull it has right in the center with LED eyes that light up, and has a facemask you can attach or detach. This could certainly scare away people you don't want touching your game system.

I think what would add some more fright to the item if it vibrated and talked at the same time, kind of like Vintage Tiger Handhelds. But I guess you wouldn't want it anymore scarier than what is already. Available at usbgeek.com

Here we have is the SEGA Taikan Game Collection; a collectors' series of 4-inch long mini arcade games modeled after 4 classic Sega sit-down arcade machines. In the collection are OutRun, Hang On, Space Harrier, Thunder Blade, and After Burner (pictured below); which is hidden in the item description yet comes automatically included .

As you can see, these mini arcade replicas come fully detailed. Almost to the point where they look real enough to get the temptation to stick a quarter in them and start playing. From the original stickers decorating the machines to their individual coins slots, the collection was given it's heavy dose of passion. And why not? These Sega arcade games were important mechanical figures to a classic time in our collective gaming culture that should never be forgotten.

What you see above is the Final Fantasy XIII-themed limited edition PlayStation 3 slim, that was announced at a Sony press conference held at the 2009 Tokyo Game Show. A whitish-pink colored PS3 slim, with corresponding colored controller, silhouetted with one of the main heroes from the game, "Lightning." (Yes that's her name. What? I think it's cool. )

This PS3 slim console will include a 250GB hard drive and will be available in Japan on the same date of Final Fantasy XIII's release, December 17th. I for one love the color and wish that Sony would make this beauty available for purchase in the U.S. I mean black is cool and all, but I kinda like a colorful gaming system to compliment my room. Wouldn't  you?

Well if you're in Japan, don't fret at all with the Street Fighter IV Command-Input Action Voice Strap. Made by StrapyaNext, a Japanese company that sells accessories for mobile phones, they are mini joysticks complete with two working buttons featuring a signature move from a character from Street Fighter IV.

Choose between Ryu's Hadoken, Ken's Shoryuken, Dhalsim's Yoga Fire, or Chun Li's Spinning Bird Kick, to practice your command input anywhere and anytime. Just input the command correctly, and you'll be rewarded with the corresponding sound of each move.
