Games Abyss Contest Announcement: Borderlands 2 + T-Shirt

It's no secret: Games Abyss just enjoys giving stuff away. So much so that we've decided to start running contests right alongside our monthly podcasts, ain't that something? Let's get down to business.

Eligibility Details:

The rules, fellow Abyss-ers, are simple.  First off, be sure to tweet our podcast to your followers, like it on Facebook, even put it freakin' MySpace; we don't care – just make sure you get the word out! Here comes the fun part.

Starting today, @GamesAbyss will ask four questions, about our latest podcast. So listen carefully because the answers are most definitely within. We will then take all of the contestants who answered all four correctly and draw a winner from that batch. Oh and the deadline for the contest is Thursday, August 30th, 2012.

So all you have to do is listen to our latest podcast, and answer some relatively easy questions. No big deal right? See, the staff over at Games Abyss is sorta proud of their work. Sure, we don't have super-high production value, but hey, with each monthly cast we try to make things better and more entertaining for you, the listener – even if it is just the rants and raves of a few booze-loving gamers…or is it game-loving booze-hounds; I can't be sure. Regardless, we just want to give a big thanks to you all who take the time out to give us a listen. So without further ado…

Prize Details:

1 (one) Copy of Borderlands 2 for Xbox 360 or PS3 and 1 (one) Borderlands 2 T-Shirt, guaranteed to make you joy-puke your face off.

Now, it should be noted that if you do end going for the 360 version of Borderlands 2, you may just end up on a very special videocast with the Games Abyss crew. At the moment, Justin Belin, Matt Randisi and myself, are going to take part in some online cooperative action to celebrate Gearbox's highly anticipated sequel. And as an unnamed fourth player is needed to complete our quartet of insanity (though at this point it may end up being GA Associate Writer Stephen Fontana), the idea of kicking back with one fan as we blast the shit out of everything on Pandora is too good to pass up.

Any question can be answered by the end of August 30th, 2012, just make sure you are identifying which question you are answering when replying. If we ask: “How many glasses of wine did Justin drink in total?”, or “What score did so-and-so game receive in our review?”, and you simply answer “6”, we won’t know what the hell you are talking about. So please, keep this in mind.

That's all folks. We wish all of you the best. And from all of us @GamesAbyss (see what I did there), I'M DANCING, I'M DANCING! Good luck, everyone.
