Hey, remember us? Of course you do. Back by popular demand to discuss the latest in videogame developments and releases, Games Abyss staff Justin Belin, Matt Randisi, and myself have gathered to entertain the gamer masses and spout a whole lot of alcohol-fueled nonsense for as long as we can remain conscious.
All attention was on Gamescom 2012 last week as Germany's annual gaming convention played host to some of the biggest names in the videogame industry. From notable IP reveals such as Rain and Remember Me, to Sony's focus on the Playstation Vita, Gamescom 2012 was huge success.
It also wouldn't be a podcast without a review or two so expect plenty of favorable chatter on August's major releases: Persona 4: Arena, Darksiders 2, and Sound Shapes. And as we always want to end on a heated yet comical topic of discussion, the gang and I take a look back at the games that we absolutely loved that the rest of the gaming community just didn't care for, and vice versa. Dangerous? Perhaps. Hilarious? Most definitely.
Thanks for listening everyone, and from all of us at GA, we hope your summer has been as fun as ours. Until next time!
