 Soulcalibur has been a "go to" fighting franchise for many gamers. This latest release on current hardware had more than just the rabid fans cheering in excitement as well. Gamers all over were excited to jump into the tale eternally retold and clash steel with the eccentric warriors of Soulcalibur. But it seems like the game reached an even bigger market than expected.
According to recent sales figures, Soulcalibur IV has sold over 2 million copies world-wide since its launch July 29th, for North America and July 31st for Europe and Japan. It looks as though the new generation may have a new "king of fighters".
