After a super long hiatus – and it has nothing to do with the fact that we absolutely cannot stand to be in the same room as one another – Justin Belin, Matt Randisi, and yours truly, Andreas Asimakis, have once again come together to podcast our faces off. As usual, we will be waxing as close to intellectual as we possible can all while we do what we know best: drink.
On the docket for this long overdue podcast is Mass Effect 3's Extended Cut DLC. Was BioWare's effort to make it up to its vocal fans at all worthwhile?
If the title and the awesome Fez art above wasn't a big enough of a hint, Games Abyss will be reviewing Indie Game: The Movie, a touching documentary that follows the trials and tribulations of three independent game companies on their road to success. In keeping with the indie theme, we will also be talking about some of our favorite independent titles such as Limbo, Bastion, and Abobo's Big Adventure to name a few.
We also got mini-reviews for Gravity Rush, Skyrim DLC Dawnguard, and Spelunky, and it wouldn't quite be a summer podcast without looking back at some of our fondest summer gaming memories.
