RUMOR: Tatsunoko Vs Capcom Coming to North America?

I hate to using a forum post as a method of evidence, but with the image provided by and posted on the popular NeoGAF gaming forum, it seems that Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom might be hitting stateside.

Firstly, I want to make clear that this story has yet to be confirmed by any souce, and again was provided by a message board poster "neoanarch" on the NeoGAF forum. The picture in question shows what is believed to be a "tag-line" from an unpcoming Nintendo Power issue, mentioning the current Japanese only title coming to North American shores. And putting aside the current source of the breaking rumor, it appears to be a legit scan if true.
