Zero and Frank West to star inTatsunoko vs. Capcom?

Unlike most gaming rumors you come across these days, this one not only sounds possible but has a little bit of validity to it.  Shoryuken forum user mumu has been making his sneaky his around Tatsunoko vs. Capcom's Japanese site and has come across some interesting HTML bits that may reveal the US release's additional characters.

Fan speculation, and high hopes, suspect that Frank may be referring to Dead Rising star Frank West and that Zero could very well be the blonde haired reploid of Mega Man X fame.  Sweet merciful gaming Gods, let this one be true!
