A member of the NeoGAF forums spotted a billboard of  what could possibly be insomniac's 4th installment in the Resistance franchise. If you look closely to the graphic you'll see the Statue of Liberty and the Empire State Building from New York City. This is definitely a hint at a possible New York setting for the next game once its confirmed..
